More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the images.

Additionally contained in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing various sections of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for marina coverings.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
